Connect Portal System Changes

As part of ongoing improvements from our Connect system provider, your Connect Portal is getting a refreshed look and feel. Learn more below.

General Update

Starting 29 October, the way you experience Connect will change. The layout and overall look have been refreshed to provide you with a cleaner dashboard and an easier-to-navigate interface. While all of the functionality you’re familiar with is still available, some of the locations may have changed. This information page has been designed to support you through these changes.

For Members

    • Log into your Membership record and click on your Connect access.
    • Scroll down to see "view CPD". Click on this to access your CPD Log.
     
    • Log into your Membership record and click on your Connect access.
    • On the top right-hand corner you will see the "Finder" menu. Click on this and you will have access to a variety of tools including the eLearning Catalogue.
    • What you will see will be determined by the access permission attached to your account.
    • You can find webinars open for registration via the ‘Recently Added’ belt, or the ‘Finder’ menu.
    • Once you’ve found the event you want to book, and clicked on the event thumbnail, hit the blue register button to book your place.
    • Events you’re registered to attend are visible in your  ‘Your Learning’, and ‘Your Registered Event’ belts. 
    • Log into your Membership record and click on your Connect access.
    • On the top right-hand corner you will see the "Finder" menu. Click on this and you will have access to the eLearning Catalogue.
    • Once you have accessed the Catalogue, you will see two filters. The first is the Accreditation category filter, followed by the Topic filter.
  • Yes! The great news is that there are some direct links available. On the top left-hand side click on "Useful Links" to see what you can access.

    • All certificates, along with other important documents can be found on your Certificates page.
    • Go to your profile, choose the My Certificates option, where you’ll find CPD completion certs along with a variety of other important documents. 

For Corporate Users & CPD Submitters

    • Log into your Connect Employer Portal either via the Corporate Resource Hub or the direct login link.
    • Hover over 'Files & Documents' on the Belt and click View.
    • Then click 'Click here to view your Files & Documents'.

    Some users will have access to different reports based on their permissions.

    • Log into your Connect Employer Portal either via the Corporate Resource Hub or the direct link.
    • Hover over 'Live Membership, CPD & Accreditation Reports' on the Belt and click View.
    • Then click 'Click here to view Membership, CPD & Accreditation Reports'.

    Some users will have access to different reports based on their permissions.

    • Log into your Connect Employer Portal either via the Corporate Resource Hub or the direct link.
    • Hover over 'Accreditation - History' on the Belt and click View.
    • Then click 'View your Accreditation History'.
    • Log into your Connect Employer Portal either via the Corporate Resource Hub or the direct link.
    • Hover over 'Accreditation - Submit Activity' on the Belt and click View.
    • Then click 'Submit an activity for CPD Accreditation'.
