I’ve earned my Certificate in Insurance Practice (CIP) designation, and I complete 15 hours CPD per year to keep my knowledge up to date. I’m growing into a leadership role, mentoring others and deepening my technical expertise. I’ve built strong relationships with insurers and clients, and I’m focused on delivering value—both in the short term for my team and long term for the business.

What I do

As a more experienced broker, I need to possess a certain level of technical expertise in the following areas.

Technical Expertise

Managing the customer’s needs and procuring insurance packages

I handle complex risks and have greater authority. I tailor insurance solutions, negotiate with insurers to secure best outcomes.

Analysing Data

I prepare market presentations, assess pricing trends, and use claims data to guide decisions.

Claims and renewals

I manage renewals, interpret claims history and recommend improvements to ensure clients get the right cover. I contribute to strategic planning and process improvements.
