A special online archive was put together to mark The Insurance Institute of Ireland’s 125th anniversary.

The archive, put together by former Dublin President, Deirdre Murphy, documents the history of The Institute since its inception in 1885, with special attention being paid to the last 25 years.

The 'Landmarks in Insurance' document chronicles the last 25 years of the insurance industry in Ireland, touching on topics such as the rise and demise of PMPA, developments in Insurance law, Insurance fraud and the Quinn company history, including Quinn Insurance.

The Insurance Institute of Ireland would like to thank all of those who contributed to the Archive - and especially the valiant efforts of Deirdre Murphy.
